Happy Birthday Ellie-Bellie

OUr Little Eliannah HaD a BiRthDay! I cannot believe that she is already a year. Time has flown by. A lot of my friends/family are pregnant and having babies right now and I feel like I was just there. She is almost walking! She took her first step on April 5th, but so far no real walking.

We played some silly games. The theme of the party was little Lavendar Baby Elephants, so the kids had to tie their arms together like a trunk and keep the balloons from hitting the ground! Fun was had by all!

Another game that we played was that they had to blow bubbles...with their nose! LoL. It was so much fun! Even the parents had fun laughing at this one! Whoever blew the most bubbles won. This was def. a fav. We played it the most cause everyone wanted to play!

I made 3 cakes for this shin-dig! Eliannah, of course got her own. Within 2 seconds the nieces stuffed her hands in it. She really liked squishing it, but never took a single nibble of it!

This is what it looked like before. Mike made marinated chicken for all. It was SOOOOOO good! He is the best man on the grill!

Beautiful dresses on beautiful girls!

I loved these dresses as soon as I saw them! They are totally gorgeous in my opinion.

You might not be able to tell but, Sayde's dress is ripped at the bottom. We went straight to church and back and in the short 2 hours that she was in nursery she ripped it in 3 places! I was very dissapointed! I should have thought about that when I was perchasing it. I have a very rambunctious little girl so I should have chosen a more durrable dress. She is still such a beauty!!

Easter...late.

Happy Easter

Ok so Mike's professor gave him thursday night off and he already had good friday off from work so at the very last minute we decided to go to St George for the weekend and celebrate Easter and Moriella's birthday with my sister Simcah. We had a total blast!

On friday we went on a hike to this little waterfall. It was colder than I thought St George should be at this time of year so we were cold!

Sayde and Moriella loved the water. They were in it for a long time. The funny part was the more that Sayde's pants got wet the heavier they were. They kept getting lower and lower. She had a major plummer's crack!

I love the way that this picture turned out. Moriella is in focus and we aren't. This is her daddy, Chris, and her little brother Asher.

Here is our family photo. It was the best of the bunch even though Eliannah isn't looking.

Then we went out to Chinese food at this really great place! I love Chinese! The next morning Mike and Chris went on a bike ride which Mike absolutely loved! They said that it was the perfect weather even though it was about to rain because it would have been too hot otherwise.

Meanwhile, Simcah and I Made deviled eggs and got all 5 kids ready for the easter egg hunt. We were so crazy and frantic that we forgot the coats. Luckily we were able to get in the easter egg hunt before it started to down pour!!

The kids were freezing and so were we, so we drove back to her house to get jackets and we were planning to go back and eat the potluck but....by the time that we got back it was raining so hard that the food was all wet! ha ha. Simcah grabbed us a plate full, but when we got it home to eat it, it was pretty unappetizing! we made breakfast burritos instead.
Later we went to the swimming pool where Mike got to climb the rock wall. It was so fun! I wish that I had taken a picture of that.
We drove home all night so that we could be home for Easter. I hadn't bought the s6tuff for easter baskets but I thought that I could get candy 50% off at the after easter sales and we could do it a couple days late since I was too tierd to get some Saturday night. Well there was no candy on sale! So anyway, Easter was more of a spiritual day. I didn't get pictures of the girls in their dresses yet because they were crabby after church. Maybe next blog! lol

Long Road trip!

Ok so I went to a DRESS PARTY that my aunt does, and it was farther away than I expected it to be. lol. Eliannah fell asleep on the way so when we got there I didn't want to wake her so I let her sleep in the car while I looked at the GORGEOUS dresses that I bought for easter...sorry you have to wait till then to see them. lol Anyways, so right as we were going to leave she woke up. So she had to stay in the car for a whole 'nother hour! She kept crying so we were giving her bits of fruit bar the whole time. When we got home this is what she looked like!

She is the cuttest messy girl EVER!

So we had about 4 days of beautiful nice weather, before it started snowing again. I hate winter! It is the WORST season! I am so bumbed out that it is snowing again. Arg!

Anyway, here are pictures of my beautiful girls! They are so much fun! They are always making me laugh. Eliannah is the funnest in the bathtub because she splashes at the water as if she is a dog digging for a bone. Lol. And then she smiles up at me with the biggest grin of enjoyment! I love it! Then when I get her out she hates getting lotioned and dressed! She will wiggle off my lap and then crawl super fast to the bathroom lean over the side of the tub and try to splash in the draining water!

Sayde is so cute and her imagination is suddenly so prominant! The other day we couldn't find her Belle princess and found it under the couch. She tells me that the big bad wolf is under there and Belle was scared, but she saved her. lol Then, the funniest part, she tells me that she is going to give Jasmin to the wolf to eat instead!!! How funny...and a little morbid. Then after she puts Jasmin under the couch, she stands there with her hands on her hips, yelling at the couch: "You bad wolf, be nice to me! Don't talk to me like that!" Ha ha. I was laughing so hard! I told her to say it over and over.

My playdate friend, Denelle, has a key to the church so we have been there a couple of times to hang out with the kids until the snow blows out. lol It is really fun because we all bring balls and those little kid cars and play with the kids. We get a good work out too by having races pushing our kids. Eliannah was in love with this ball and this was the face that she made if anyone even got close to taking it. She screams at the top of her lungs! It was pretty funny!

Sayde is looking so big now! She is a little girl, no more a todler. She is so much fun, and what a hoot too. She is always making me laugh. She is also smart. She know so much. What a boss too! She is always telling me what to do and most of the times it is things that I have told her before.

Our Valentines Day

Ok so I know that I wrote too much about the book, but I loved it and wanted to share. I also wanted to share what we did for Valentine's Day.

So we went to Chuck E Cheese! lol I have never been there before! I know that it is not the most romantic place in the world, but I loved it! I think that Valentine's Day is about celebrating the love you have for your kids as well as your spouse.
It was really fun, but my favorite part was taking pictues. I am not a pro yet, but I am trying. lol
Then on sunday, Mike and I did a tradition that was passed down from my parents, We made homemade Valentine cards for eachother.
Michael blew me away with his. He worked so hard on it and it is seriously a treasure to me! He wrote the most romantic, elequant poem I have ever read. It is seriously moving!
My husband is by FAR the Best Husband in the World! I love him so much!
